Katya is a gem and I cannot say enough about the amazing Unicorn-themed birthday sleepover and spa for my little girl. We had several consultations early on and Katya worked hard to make sure I had all the information I needed to make decisions. During the week leading up to the day, Katya was in constant communication with me and gave all the inside information on what to buy, where, and what little girls love, going out of her way several times to help keep costs low. She provided so many add-ons to make the night even more special such as edible glitter apple juice ‘champagne’, chocolate fondue, and cider ‘tea’. It was a relief to know that everything was taken care of on the day of the birthday sleepover and all we had to do was show up. Katya helped materialize our vision for the sleepover and her execution was nothing short of superb. Many of our little guests and their parents commented that ours was the best and most creative sleepover they have ever attended, and several pointed out that the thematic elements were exceptionally tied together. The girls felt pampered in the spa and even left Katya a note thanking her for the “best sleepover ever”! Katya’s strive for perfection enables her to catch every little detail, no matter how minute or seemingly insignificant. Her expertise and overall professionalism is second to none, but we mostly appreciated her genuine care for us and her friendship through this busy time. We are thrilled that Tent Soirée was able to help us with our special day, my daughter was thrilled to get bragging rights to the “best sleepover ever”, and I am delighted to recommend her to any parents looking for the most fantastic sleepover this side of Disney!

All I can say is “wow” — Katya and her team were prompt and professional with all of their communication, clear about pricing, arrived exactly on time, and everything was in pristine condition and looked stunning! The kids (ages 2-7) had an incredible time and spent nearly 2 hours playing in the bubble house — even some of the grown ups joined in! We were doing an indoor event for my daughter’s 5th birthday and Katya offers one of the only bubble houses in the city (and surrounding area) that would fit in my living room. It was perfect — aesthetically beautiful, the ideal size for 7-8 kids to play in at a time, and not too loud considering the event was indoors in a small area (rather than a gym or community center). Katya gave me all the precise measurements and reassured me that we would figure something out to make it work — exactly what you want in someone planning an event for you! Overall, I can’t recommend Tent Soirée enough and can’t wait to work with them for our next party!

I booked the Barbie theme sleepover tent for my daughter’s birthday party and Tent Soirée didn’t disappoint! Communication from the start has been impeccable- she always responded super quick and was okay with all the last minute adjustments with numbers and everything. She made everything feel so personalized and magical- paying attention to even the tiniest of details. The owner and her husband are delightful and do the whole set up and tear down process making it such an easy birthday party.
